Belfast-based letting and property management agency Quicklet is celebrating recognition in two property awards programmes, with shortlistings at The Negotiator Awards 2026 and the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards 2026.

The agency, which supports landlords and tenants through its Belfast, Lisburn and Lurgan offices, has been shortlisted for Property Management Company of the Year at The Negotiator Awards.

Its inclusion in the Belfast Telegraph Property Awards shortlist adds regional recognition ahead of both ceremonies this November.

Quicklet co-founder Dermot O'Hanlon spoke about the awards, stating:

"Property management is a people business. Landlords are trusting us with a significant investment, and tenants are trusting us with their home. That's a responsibility we take seriously.

"Being shortlisted for both awards is a proud moment for the team. So much of their work happens quietly behind the scenes, following up a repair, answering a difficult question or making sure something gets sorted properly. It's lovely to see that commitment recognised, and I'm grateful to everyone who has helped us build Quicklet."

The Negotiator Awards recognise businesses and individuals across the UK residential property industry. Quicklet Property Management is shortlisted for Property Management Company of the Year, a category covering residential property and landlord portfolio management.

The published entry requirements ask companies to demonstrate their management systems and innovations, staff training and qualifications, business development and evidence of customer satisfaction. Entries are assessed by a panel of industry leaders and property market experts.

The Belfast Telegraph Property Awards recognise the achievements of individuals and organisations working across Northern Ireland's property sector. The organisers assess recent achievements, with entries supported by written submissions and visual evidence.

The organisers have confirmed the shortlistings, but we do not currently have any published comments from the judges explaining Quicklet's individual selection.

Behind the scenes

For the people behind Quicklet, the announcements provide an opportunity to celebrate work that often happens behind the scenes.

From arranging repairs and carrying out inspections to keeping landlords informed and helping tenants with questions, property management relies on people taking responsibility for the details every day.

Those details matter to customers. Landlords want confidence that their property is being looked after, that important deadlines are being tracked and that they will hear about an issue before it becomes a bigger problem. Tenants need clear communication and someone they can reach when they need support.

How Quicklet works

Quicklet’s approach centres on dedicated property managers, practical advice and ongoing oversight of each tenancy. Its teams coordinate maintenance, manage rent collection, arrange inspections and help landlords keep track of their responsibilities throughout the letting process.

The shortlistings are also a chance to thank the landlords and tenants who put their trust in the agency, alongside the colleagues whose day-to-day work keeps properties and tenancies running smoothly.

Ceremony dates

The Belfast Telegraph Property Awards ceremony takes place at Crowne Plaza Belfast on 20th November. The Negotiator Awards results will follow on 27th November at Grosvenor House in London.

As both events approach, Quicklet is celebrating the people behind the business while continuing to focus on the service its customers rely on throughout the year.
